Parity Group plc Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement 2018

Parity Group plc and its subsidiaries, Parity Professionals Ltd and Parity Consultancy Services Ltd, have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships and to implement and enforce effective systems and controls to ensure, as far as possible, that modern slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our own business or our supply chain.

Parity Group’s Structure, Business and Supply Chains

Parity provides professional recruitment services and leading edge IT solutions from offices in London, Manchester, Edinburgh and Belfast through its two subsidiary companies, Parity Professionals Ltd and Parity Consultancy Services Ltd. Due to the nature of our business, our supply chain is predominantly made up of UK based suppliers of professional services.

Our Policies on Slavery and Human Trafficking

Our Modern Slavery Policy statement is available on the Company websites for the Group and each subsidiary company and also on our internal intranet for employees. Our Whistleblowing Policy also provides a process for employees to report of any incidences and/or suspicions relating to modern slavery and human trafficking.

Due Diligence Process for Slavery and Human Trafficking

We continue to take positive steps to improve supply chain transparency. Following the annual review of our policy and supply chain, we continue to believe that we operate a supply chain with a very low inherent risk of slave and human trafficking potential. Our supply chain is mainly made up of UK based suppliers of professional services, computer software and equipment, office supplies and our contractor and associate workers. Nevertheless, this assessment is kept under continual review and due diligence is conducted with any new suppliers.

We will continue to assess and manage the risk in our supply chain as part of an annual review of our policy.

Training

During 2018 we have continued to provide training to all new employees on the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and our Modern Slavery Policy as part of our onboarding programme to ensure all employees are aware of their responsibilities.

Key Performance Indicators

We will measure the effectiveness of our policy using key performance indicators.

During 2018 no instances of modern slavery were reported or identified.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Parity Group’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the 2018 financial year which ended on 31 December 2018.

Signed on behalf of the Board of Directors of Parity Group.
